Ordering/Security/Data Protection:

  1. How can I order?
    A: Information on the order procedure is available on the Help page.
  2. Can I also buy elforyn and juma products directly in my country?
    A: You will find a list of our elforyn and juma dealers here.
  3. Is there a minimum order value?
    A: The minimum order value in our shop is € 20.
  4. I would like to cancel my order.
    A: Contact us on the Contact page to cancel an order
  5. How do I know that my order has been received?
    A confirmation of receipt will be sent to your email address.
  6. Do I get a discount if I order several items?
    A: Volume discounts can be arranged on request.
  7. I don’t want to receive any unwanted emails. Do I have to give my email address?
    A: Your email address is required for the order procedure and will only be used for this.
  8. Are my details safe when I order online?
    A: Security and data protection information can be found on the Privacy page.

Products:

  1. How are the goods packed?
    A: All items are packed in shipping boxes.
  2. How quickly can products be delivered?
    A: Normally, all our products are available from stock. Certain products, which we do not stock, will be delivered within a week.
  3. Do your prices include statutory VAT?
    A: All prices include VAT.
  4. Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
    A: Information on returns and cancellations can be found on the Returns/Cancellations page.

Payment & Dispatch:

  1. What payment options are available?
    A: Information on payment options can be found on the Payment page.
  2. What are the shipping costs?

  3. Which countries do you deliver to?

  4. Will I get an invoice showing the VAT?
    A: The order procedure includes an invoice showing the VAT.
  5. I don’t live in Germany. Do I have to pay VAT?
    A: You will not have to pay VAT, if you have successfully registered and entered your VAT identification number.
  6. Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
    A: Different invoice and delivery addresses can be entered.
